Steps during your visit

  • Fill in the questionnaire and have your temperature checked
  • Wait until your name is called
  • See the doctor
  • Return to reception and wait until your name is called again
  • Pay for your visit
  • If you receive a prescription, take it to the pharmacy on floor 1

Pharmacies and prescriptions

Prescriptions can be filled at this clinic or at an external pharmacy.
Over‑the‑counter medicines are sold at drugstores, but ingredients and strength may differ from those in your home country.
