- Emergency cases take priority
Steps during your visit
- Show your passport or health insurance card at reception
- Fill in the questionnaire and take your temperature
- Wait until your name is called
- See the doctor
- Return to reception and wait until your name is called again
- Pay for your visit
- If you receive a prescription, take it to the pharmacy on Floor 1
Provide these documents at reception
- Residents of Japan: Health insurance card or My Number card
- Visitors: Passport (short-stay visitors are not covered by Japan’s public insurance)
Payment
- Accepted: Japanese Yen (cash) or JCB credit card
- Not accepted: Other currencies, foreign cards, or cashless methods

Pharmacies & prescriptions
Prescriptions can be filled in-hospital or at an external pharmacy.
Over-the-counter medicines are sold at drugstores, but formulas may differ from your home country.
