This page shows what to expect, how to pay, and where to get help—so your visit feels smooth and stress-free.

Please follow these rules

For everyone’s safety and comfort:

  • Wear a face mask
  • Do not smoke
  • No photography or audio recording
  • Emergency cases take priority

Steps during your visit

  1. Show your passport or health insurance card at reception
  2. Fill in the questionnaire and take your temperature
  3. Wait until your name is called
  4. See the doctor
  5. Return to reception and wait until your name is called again
  6. Pay for your visit
  7. If you receive a prescription, take it to the pharmacy on Floor 1

Provide these documents at reception

  • Residents of Japan: Health insurance card or My Number card
  • Visitors: Passport (short-stay visitors are not covered by Japan’s public insurance)

Payment

  • Accepted: Japanese Yen (cash) or JCB credit card
  • Not accepted: Other currencies, foreign cards, or cashless methods

Pharmacies & prescriptions

Prescriptions can be filled in-hospital or at an external pharmacy.
Over-the-counter medicines are sold at drugstores, but formulas may differ from your home country.
